Your payment signifies your accord with these terms and provides express permission for Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, to bill the card on file for all Program and/or Coaching fees, according to the payment schedule.
Account and Membership
Payment Terms
Payments for Programs or coaching are non-refundable except in program-specific conditions. Please refer to the Program or coaching page for specific payment terms.
Access to Materials and Program Content
All Virtual Program content will be hosted on a password-protected site. You will receive log-in credentials for your personal use only.
Member-Contributed Content
You agree that your participation in the Program confers upon you no rights to use, ownership or copyright. You release Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, and Kellie Adkins, and their employees, agents, and assigns from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the Program. You understand that Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, and Kellie Adkins have the unlimited rights to edit, use, broadcast or sell the materials produced through the Program, including Member-contributed content.
Enrolling in the Program or Coaching
We request information from the user on our order form when enrolling in any Program, including coaching. Members must provide: 1) their contact information, name and address, and 2) financial information, like credit card number and expiration date. Billing information is required if you are on a payment plan. This information is used for billing purposes. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to communicate with you.
If you elect to enroll via one of the payment plan options, your credit card will be automatically charged when each payment is due. If for some reason one of your payments cannot be processed successfully, your account shall be suspended until the payment is received.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code, phone, e-mail or postal address), or if you no longer wish to be a member of the Program, please contact kellie@kellieadkins.com.
Right to Terminate Membership
Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, may, in its sole discretion, terminate a member’s membership if that member displays any conduct which is disruptive, abusive, threatening or otherwise offensive to other members, or any employee, contractor or discussion moderator of Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, whether that conduct occurs on a phone call, email, or in a private forum.
No refund shall be issued to a member whose membership is terminated under this provision. If a member’s membership is terminated, that member shall not be permitted to re-enroll in the Program at a future date.
Security
Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, takes every precaution to protect our Member’s information. When Members submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is processed by a secure server and protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSLs); the best encryption software in the industry. While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear. In addition, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment under restricted access.

Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You.
Any and all the materials available through the Program (the “Materials”), including coaching materials, are the property of Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Materials are provided solely for your personal noncommercial use. You may not use Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, rights or that has not been authorized by the company. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the Materials. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Your License to Us.
By contributing, posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments in group coaching calls, Mastermind calls, or the private Facebook Page, blog entries, photos and videos) to us, you are representing: (i) that you are the owner of the material, or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material; and (ii) that you are eighteen years of age or older. In addition, when you submit or post any material, you are granting us, and anyone authorized by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose. The foregoing grant shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such posting or submission, including, but not limited to, rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. Also, in connection with the exercise of such rights, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right to identify you as the author of any of your postings or submissions by name, email address or screen name, as we deem appropriate.
You acknowledge and agree that any contributions originally created by you for us shall be deemed a “work made for hire” when the work performed is within the scope of the definition of a work made for hire in Section 101 of the United States Copyright Law, as amended. As such, the copyrights in those works shall belong to Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, from their creation. Thus, Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, shall be deemed the author and exclusive owner thereof and shall have the right to exploit any or all of the results and proceeds in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in all languages, as Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, determines.
In the event that any of the results and proceeds of your submissions hereunder are not deemed a “work made for hire” under Section 101 of the Copyright Act, as amended, you hereby, without additional compensation, irrevocably assign, convey and transfer to Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all copyrights and trademarks throughout the universe, in perpetuity in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, to such material and any and all right, title and interest in and to all such proprietary rights in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Any posted material which is a reproduction of prior works by you shall be co-owned by us.
You acknowledge that Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Earnings Disclaimer
When addressing financial matters in the Program we’ve taken every effort to ensure we accurately represent the Program and its ability to grow your business and improve your life. However, there is no guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations. Nothing in the Program is a promise or guarantee of earnings. Your level of success in attaining similar results is dependent upon a factors including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation, to name a few. Because these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot and do not guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business. Any forward-looking statements outlined in the Program are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises for actual performance. It should be clear to you that by law we make no guarantees that you will achieve any results from our ideas or models presented on our Site, and we offer no professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that no representation has been made by the Company and relied upon as to the future income, expenses, sales volume, potential profitability of future success of the user that may be derived from the participation in the Program.
No Professional Advice
The information contained in or made available through consulting and the Program (including but not limited to information contained on videos, message boards, comments, on live group calls, in emails, in text files, or in chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. In particular, you should regularly consult a doctor in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. Neither we nor our partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your use of the information in the Program, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
Changes to These Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. You can determine when these Terms of Service were last revised by referring to date at the top of this page. Any changes to our Terms of Service will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on the Internet, accessible through the site. Use of the site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy then in effect. We encourage you to periodically review our Terms of Service to ensure familiarity with our most current version.
Consulting and Coaching-specific Terms
Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, is happy to offer extended payment plans for coaching. In order to do so, we require a credit card on file. Your credit card information is stored securely in our encrypted servers and we take your privacy very seriously.
Please note that Kellie Adkins carefully selects each business coaching candidate through a process of application, complementary interview, and business needs. This rigorous screening process means that you also carefully select Kellie Adkins as your business mentor.
Because of the time invested in this process –on both our parts—I do not provide refunds or transfers once our work together commences. That said, if something comes up in the next 24 hours, you may contact kellie@kellieadkins.com for a full refund of all fees paid to date. No problem, no worries, no hassle.
In the event that your situation shifts and you no longer want to continue our work together, your deposit towards the business coaching is non-refundable as are all fees paid for sessions received. If you decide to quit the coaching sessions mid-way through, you will be financially responsible for all sessions received, though not for the remaining sessions.
If you are on a payment plan for a VIP day and cancel your session, you are responsible for the full payment amount. We will contact you to set up a date most convenient for you and payment is due to reserve the date.
Final Coaching Expectations
1. I have a responsibility to be co-active in this relationship.
2. I collaborate in the coaching relationship by advance reflection on topics, course work, dedicated self-study
3. By entering into this relationship, I give Kellie Adkins permission to challenge me and hold me accountable for my commitments.
4. I agree to communicate openly and honestly with Kellie Adkins.
5. I understand that this professional mentorship is also a transformation experience.
6. All discussions –including written correspondence – held as a part of the coaching arrangement are afforded the strictest confidence.
7. I have read and understood the scheduling and confidentiality policies.
8. I have read and understood the late cancellation and financial terms.
9. Neither Kellie Adkins nor Wisdom Method Enterprises, LLC, can be held liable in any way for any of the results of any coaching received or any decisions made or any actions taken by any client as a result of these decisions.
