Send that back to me the Thursday before your MetaIntensive
I begin doing market research and planning the strategy for your MetaIntensive so we focused
On our MetaIntensive VIP day:
Your first call begins by 10 am EST and we spend the next two hours working on one item for your business
Many business coaches jump right into their own agenda: I’m a listener
We break for lunch and you rest your brain.
After the break, we’ll end the day with a final call where I share the customized action items and specific strategy I’ve prepared based on our initial conversation and my research.
You’ll review the strategy, we’ll make any adjustments necessary, review your questions, and narrow down your action items
Your MetaIntensive ends with your customized Resource Roadmap: a post-session mini-Retreat with curated resources to support your growth —including all session recordings for your later review, specific resources for your project, and an embodied practice to support your process —delivered with 24 hours

The specifics: When you reserve your MetaIntensive VIP Day, you are reserving that entire day in my calendar. It is fully devoted to your business transformation.
Here’s how it all happens:
3+ hours of 1×1 Coaching with Kellie on one day
2 virtual Coaching calls during your MetaIntensive VIP Day
Plan for 90 minutes each call —but block out longer as we may go over a bit if we’re in the zone!
With your permission, I record the calls so we both remain present and attentive
Recordings are delivered electronically within 24 hours and are available for 30 days
Email support for 2 weeks following your MetaIntensive
once you book your MetaIntensive, I’ll be in touch with some specific details, and will send you the MetaIntensive Map.
Send it back to me when you’re done and I begin market research and meditating on your strategy

Yes! Massive transformation in one day is the promise and the outcome. You’ll have email support for longer, but the coaching sessions are on a single day. Clear your calendar, grab your favorite pen and journal, pour the green juice (or the green tea), and settle in.How long do I have email support?
Two weeks. I WANT to hear from you. Have questions before or after your MetaIntensive VIP Day? Reach out. Urgent visions to share? Send them my way. I’ve been known to send personalized audio memos and video tutorials in lieu of a written response –because sometimes a quick voice memo or video tutorial is more effective than an email.What’s the refund policy?
There are no refunds for a MetaIntensive VIP Day because I carefully select my clients and offer preliminary mini-sessions to ensure good alignment. When you reserve a MetaIntensive you are reserving that day in my calendar. It’s YOUR day. I also begin meditating (and doing market research) on you and your focus goal so I come prepared to your MetaIntensive ready to offer evidence-based and soul-aligned strategy. I take your time and investment seriously and I’m sure you do, too. That said, if something comes up or you have a medical emergency, contact me. It’s almost always work-out-able.Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I’ve been coaching the LOHAS industry for over a decade (and working in the industry since 2007) and I’m grateful to be able to provide extended payment plans for holistic entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations at every stage of growth. Fabulous! I prefer to work with clients in longer terms because it maximizes results…and I adore my clients so I want to spend more than a single day together!
